Mama I Love You To No End

I know I pushed your buttons more than
  I can count 
I know I have given you extra silver strands  
 though I like it on you (wink) 
I know I have caused you some sleepless  
 nights and ruined your appetites 
I know I have given you the silent treatment
 because it’s easier for me
I know I have caused your tears to escape  
 from their hidden ponds 
I know every time I caused you pain
 my heart is in a dark place

Mama
I can not undo my mistakes and failures 
Although if I was to be permitted a chance 
 to go back in time and correct them
And if I could unzip my heart to show you 
How much it breaks me deeply 
 than words could ever express 
How much I love you more than words can say
How grateful I am to be your daughter 
How much I need you more than anyone 
No questions ask
I would full heartedly happily do it in a flash

You’re such a sweet and loving mother
You let nothing to spoil your golden heart 
 regardless of the hurtful things I have caused you
You kiss away all my misery 
You continue to enchant me
You’re always on stand ready for when I need you
You love me unconditionally 
You make my heart smile

Thank you forever 
I love you to end
