Making Moves

Written By: D. Collins 5/30/20
I can understand if you're not down with me.
And, rather stay here with all of your family.
I have to go out and get all that I can.
If I didn't, I'd be far less than a man.
Staying hungry keeps a person seeking food.
Even if it entails making some serious moves.
We may have to give up something to make the gain.
We either go forward, or have to take the blame.
Pin-point focus is what we must do.
In the execution of making some moves.
Absolutely no distractions can be in the way.
When we plan the move, and make the play.
