Make a Splash

 Palm trees sway
 on a sunny day
 as waves caress the shore

 Seagulls glide above the tides
 On balmy wind rides
 Palm trees sway

 Dolphins are seen
 riding the waves real keen
 on a sunny day

 Take a dash
 Then make a splash
 as waves caress the shore

As an islander, i must say, i loved this! I love dolphins and did swim too with them, and its so soothing and this poem is the same so very soothing and exotic. I must have a look at your contest rules, inspired. Pleasure reading your work always
