Maiden's Passage
The lightness of late springtime
glides on pendulums of hours,
while her cyclical moods transform
like a maiden's uncompromising ways--
reckless in the heat of summer's flamenco
then gloomy in the flakes of winter chime:
There's no way to measure the beauty
of all her rhythmic gaits;
they are equal in a splendor untamed
by endless passages, nurtured by time and space …
then to live, fade ,die and be born once more
in all her ethereal grandeur, undefined.
