Maid of the Mountain - Who Are You - Fantasy Character Contest

I am the maid of the mountain
Hovering above the hills
Looking for lost souls
To guide them on their way
Back to the warmth of their today

Me, I have no one to love
Tragedy forsook me young
I now relive in the imagination of others
I can see them, they imagine me
I am the answer to many a prayer

I soothe the souls of despair
Asking nothing in return
I spend my days watching and waiting
One day my spirit will be free
To twist and turn through destiny
