Mahatma Gandhi Near Quotes

(A double Rhyme Royal)

Freedom is not worth the having…if not,
it includes the freedom to make mistakes.
Love the sinner, though not the sinner’s plot.
Give freedom of expression, for soul’s sake,
that persona’s fullness of soul not quake.
In attitudes silence, one finds clear light,
this man’s quest after truth, resounds in spite…

of one’s insistence on not doing right.
Weakness that be unable to forgive,
`Tis an eye for an eye, in righteous sight.
Victory’s violence means hate doth live,
source of war’s scarcity choose not to give.
     Victor’s violence, tantamount defeat,
testify depth’s blood on war monger’s feet!

      Dedicated to Mahatma Gandhi's
      Precept Truths.

Dear John, I am so happy to see your incredible Thyme Royal at the top of the winners' circle. Indeed, we are all on a quest for truth and although we may detest the sin, we still love the sinner. A brilliant write. I'm hoping you got my recent email on my health. I haven't heard from you, my friend. Love, Carolyn
