Great! With a wave of his wand, he could not command, because his trousers were resting on land! Congrats:)

Thank you, Tania. I've always been a sucker for limericks. I remember they were how I was first introduced to poetry back in elementary school. I've always loved how they were just quick, funny stories.

Haha, I didn’t see THAT coming lol! isn’t that helpful though? Like the old “imagine the interviewer is naked” technique? Nicely done Jesse. Glad she let you get away with the ands/ants rhymes. I like near-rhyme in limericks because it makes it even less likely the reader will predict the ending!

Thanks for the comment. Unfortunately, the orchestra didn't need to imagine. I couldn't work out any decent true rhymes for pants. I at least committed to keeping it all plural so it wasn't too far off.

Thanks. Good to be back. I'll probably not be back to my previous level for a bit because my work has been sucking up all my free time.

G'day Jesse … witty alright. This maestro appears to be either eccentric or a flasher. Thanks Jesse - Lindsay

The wonder of poetry is that such distinctions are left to the imagination of the reader.
