Lust

LUST

Oh lust,
How many times will you
Trick a man
A piece of his soul to
Trade,
Just to delight his insatiable
Appetites
Without ever being able to make
Them fade?

My lovely Demetrios it always gives me great pleasure to read your poems. They are short but profound...all the Greeks must have been well trained in this dynamic art of writing. Nice work.

Hi Dimitrios, Nice message in this piece. I like this line. It is very strong..."A piece of his soul to trade" Guard your heart...people are never who they say they are.
