There was a character named Lucille Ball,
her I love Lucy shows fun to recall;
Lucy could jokes deliver,
laughing - we cry a river;
and this funny redhead was a real doll !

Lucille Ball was my all time favorite actress and I love Lucy is still one of my favorite shows. I like your poem about her. Actually we never really know with the stars because we only see the personna they deliver and hear what the tabloids say about them. A fine tribute to a much loved star. I loved the one where she stomped the grapes and the one where she and Ethel took a job on a candy line. Don't miss them! Good luck in the contest.
