Loving the Night--Sf

Darkness seems to grow so quickly
in the wooded garden of night.
Scattered breezes like fairy wings;
moonlight peeping towards the earth
dusting the trees in silhouette.
On the winds a few notes mingle
with far off laughter,delighted cries.
Sounds of happy dancing feet
can be heard in the distance,nearby too.
Lovers twirl under the streetlamps
while casting wishes upon the starry skies.
The night is tailor-made for passion.
Fears are forgotten,swept away.
Tribulations of the day merely embers now.
