Lovely Storm

Rain hitting the windshield The sound very soothing, speaking with every drop Hypnotizing to my eyes and ears Here to wash away angry thoughts Mimicking my present tears Wind slightly rocks my Chevrolet Inviting the wind as I crack my window It runs past my face Cooling my temper with ease A light mist tagging along to assist Done crying, done being angry Think i'll stay until the rain passes
