lovely autumn

she changes her attitude and her dress on whim
we cannot outguess her
she is as unpredictable as a wild boar with a thorn in its paw

she might shake off all of her leaves in early September
or keep them through October
she decides, no one else
lovely autumn

Autumn is my favorite season. I like the imagery of a wild boar with a thorn in its hoof.
