Love Without a Condition

So many reasons given for love on why 'I love you' but is that true? why do we need a reason for it? many love letters written but what's new Can we not love yes L-O-V-E just because that's what we feel hey do we need to feel to know it give it your tongue withy a squeal She loves you yea! yea! yea! Beatles said knowing it can't be bad but is it really good? you want to love that's so very indescribable blows your whole being it doesn't need be nude This needs a special person no less where, why or when is the question well life has the answer out there so go out to feel love your lesson Love is such a special feel effect an explanation beyond your mind when one senses what it's about you know for sure love can't be blind ("Unconditional love really exists in each of us. It is part of our deep inner being. It is not so much an active emotion as a state of being. It's not 'I love you' for this or that reason, not 'I love you if you love me.' It's love for no reason, love without an object.") - Ron Dass

I fully agree with the quote at the end and I like the way your poem makes us examine our own thoughts about what love is. I think people who love unconditionally are more capable of forgiveness too. One day we may learn that love is all that matters in our lives. Best wishes, Carolyn

Feeling verse action. Mother Teresa showed us the true meaning of love with each action of caring she provided. We can’t say we love our brother and let him suffer. Your poem causes me to ponder. Thanks.

That unconditional love keeps my husband and I, who are opposites, together. I enjoyed this Gordon. We can't help who we love, even if it is from afar. New year blessings. xxoo

Wouldn't it be great Gordon if there was indeed more love in this world without condition. What a beautiful world it would be. Hope your new year has got off to a good start. Tom
