Love Vs. Darkness
The things we have been through...
The good and the bad...
The times when my soul and body was about to be...
Destroyed by my thoughts and feelings...
Yet you were still there...to save me from oblivion...
The deep abyss of my shadow...
How you saved me from my evil side...
The little things you do...
The little things you say...
You save a part of me...
Every single day...
The way you look at me...
The way your words roll off your tongue...
The way your hands grip onto mines...
The way you smile at me...
Everything you do...even the little things...
Gives me hope to keep on living...
When i feel alone...consumed by my own...
Darkness...
You come and set me free...shine your bright, warm light...
The happiness you give me...
Every time you save me...
Sometimes I am weak...
Fall on my knees and feel my soul fade away...
My body drops dead on the floor...
But I get up...trying my hardest...
To get back up...
Keep walking until I find that light...
Never giving up...and keep on going...
Forgive me if sometimes I'm weak...
But I can't help this weight on my shoulders...
But your still there to grab my arms...
And help me survive...and help me keep going...
What will i become without you?
My blood thirsty demon within me...
Will it possess me?
My black winged angel...
Will it spread its wings?
My overwhelming shadow...
Will it grow?
Will I fall dead and see that bright...
Light...slowly be taken over...
By my own darkness?
I just wanted you to know...
That I will love you forever...
Even though darkness...consumed my heart and soul...
