Love, or love?

There is a Love, 
a Love willingly and freely given. 
But beware of Love’s doppelgänger, 
a love masquerade and well hidden. 
This love will only selfishly take,
but can completely fool you,
because he is a master fake. 
So if ever in doubt,
let me help you out.
Is it Love, or love? 
Love willingly and freely given, 
or love only selfishly taken.
