Love Never Wins

LOVE NEVER WINS

I was told love conquers all
Not when in love with a whore
Brought a rose to show you to the world
Right before me you were brought to your knees
Learnt my lesson quite late
Winning isn't of roses and love
Power grabs all it ever wants
Rose don't stand a chance in a game of love
Never bring a flower to the field of war
If roses brings fragrance
Recall that the gun spills the blood
