Love me Today, Cherish me Tomorrow
Snowing in Pennsylvania
I'm living in a memory that I'm terrified to forget
Will you call me when you get home
and help me live in this a little longer?
I never made it to the phone
I passed out on the bathroom floor
With my life in my hands
Rejoicing over the fact
That in a instant of facing death,
You won't have time to feel regret
Snowing on the bridge where we used to get high
We shared everything until there was nothing left to say
As the hours passed by
At least we'll always have these memories
Let's never stop reliving these moments
I can see it in my mind but it's better to relive it with you
Missing you in Pennsylvania
Three more months until you come home
I'm calling from our block
Of misfits and innocence
Guarded in the souls of kids who never quite fit in
But we all know where to go and who to find
When we've lost ourselves
Because it happens to of all us
And we vowed to always be there
I'll call you when I'm home
And we'll pass the time by replaying our greatest hits
And I'll see you on the bridge
Whenever one of us is needing it
But I never made it to the phone
I passed out to an endless ringing
Playing over my senses leaving me,
A soundtrack to an ending reality
Fading to black but I'll always remember the love that we shared
And the memories we gained,
The hope that we found
And our bond that is forever
Every star that we reached for
Was how we held life in our hands
Fading to black but I'll never forget
The love that we shared
And the passion we garnered
If this was all it was,
Then I'm fading away forever grateful
