Love Lost and Found

You wre my first love
I thought I would be your wife
You said we would be forever
Together for life

You moved on to another
You took your loving care
There was no empathy when you left
You almost took my hair

I picked myself up and moved on too
Another came along and promised he would be true
This is real love as it should be
It's not needy, selfish, or greedy

Love is what love does
Love gives and love buds
Love cannot hold a grudge
My new love I wed, in front of a judge
