Love Letter
My darling you bring all your gifts
and lay them down for me to feel.
This heart expands,beats just for you.
On wings of love I find my flight.
Cinders never turned to ash
reignited every time your skin
on my skin melts me so.
Steely resolve goes out the door
as you open a window for me
and feed me the fruit of your desire.
Your face is etched on my soul
as I open my arms wide and smile.
Things I see through your eyes only
turn my thoughts to evermore.
I am filled up with the happiness of you.
