Love Is In the Air

Thank you for all that you planted in the garden of my heart
Am happy to add all them in my love cart
In the book of memories I remember how we met
Share your love as hate rips the love debt

I love the friendship we share and all the love you care
You are the one I turn to when I am down and need an ear
No matter how many times we had our petty fights
They were faded away on the same nights

I thought am strong, but realized am weak as we grow
I got hurt but tried to ease the pain as time flow
I don't want the little hellos to be crushed by the good byes
As you were always through my highs and lows

Rain or shine, near or far, our love and we grow in pair
I loudly can say the world that our Love is in the air

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts through your unique poetic style. Meanwhile, I greet you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed.

Wow! Good rhymes, rhythm, imagery and feeling. Wonderful Sonnet of Love. I like especially the line:” I love the friendship we share and all the love you care”. Best regards and wishes.
