Love Is Blooming
She looked in the mirror,
and couldn't believe her eyes,
her mother's gown,
was just her size.
Today a bride,
tomorrow a wife,
yesterday's news,
she carries new life.
Only nineteen,
they say their vows,
determined to make it,
a happy marriage somehow.
Happily ever after,
no one can say,
but love is blooming,
on her wedding day.
