Love Conquers All

Love Conquers All

I had enough of lust.
And for a long time, I was waiting for love to knock at my door.
And when I heard the knock, I became excited.
But that quickly faded, when I saw lust standing in the doorway.
I looked behind lust, to see if I could see love.
But lust pushed his way in.
Told me, he bound and gagged Love.
And I wasn’t getting rid of him that easy.
But with all my heart, soul, and might.
I fought lust.
And though it was a struggle, I over came lust.
And he had to leave me.
Defeated.
As I fought lust, Love became lose.
And she found me.
She threw her arms around me, and promised to never leave me.
And we have been together ever since.
Thank You God!
I Love, Love!
