Love Bonds
True love is never taken to the grave
Death, though the final blow to all living kind,
Never takes with it the heart of the living
When “Death” calls
A life journey “ends” replaced by memories
For loved ones “a” thread to hold onto
A link to help make the “life” of those left behind bearable
For the loving spouse this is “not” always where the journey ends
Their heart remains still “a” part of the missing whole
The living “relationship” only severed
