Love and Money
Reality is cruel and quite simple -
We live where Matter always wins.
The Love and joy, the honesty and virtues
Are pushed aside and yielding our sins.
.
The sins or not - it's maybe just survival.
Results of "falls" are actually not bad.
It also makes some sense because few Angels
Cut off their wings for something that we have.
.
They had the heaven in their grasp forever,
But nevertheless exchange that world for this.
The world with money, faults, full of temptations.
The world that searches Love but doesn't reach.
.
So, why to fool ourselves in desperation
To reach for pigment of imagination.
It's wonderful when we feel Heaven's touches,
But then we pay for it in deprivation.
.
And so we say - "I felt like I'm in heaven".
"Like wings grew out of my back".
But then we realize - we are not Angels.
We need to eat and sleep and are depend on that.
.
So, dreams are great, and Heaven's touches - super.
But please come down, if you want to live.
Please don't repeat mistake of those Angels,
Who did come back for something why we're here.
