Love and Beauty

At last! His eyes are open.
He wakes from slumbering.
She stands before him.
He's light-headed;
He stammers.  She giggles.
She is not only beautiful;
He not only loves her
But she is striking.
He is struck everytime.
She loves what she does to him,
And he loves the wounds.
She's faithful and true,
The ideal woman, companion-
The desire of all men
Given to him- Amazing!
Why does she love him?
How can another not have her?
She gave herself to him,
Because she is struck
By his love and beauty everytime.
