LOVE, A CRAZY ROLLER COASTER RIDE
How can one describe a feeling of pure ecstasy, a feeling
Of floating in the clouds, a thrill which wildly energises
You, and detaches you from reality when he says,
I love you.
How can we describe love, it is an overwhelming rush of
Adrenaline, a crazy feeling that makes you feel out of control,
Worldwide, love is alive and thriving, a feel good emotion,
I love you.
There is magic in the word love, like a potion whose ingredients
Intoxicate you, the heavens send out celestial sounds of harps,
As three simple, but forever after words are spoken,
I love you.
The depth and holistic feeling of love sinks deep, pure joy,
It encompasses you, stardust in your eyes, you do not feel steady
Rather somewhat heady, dizzy, euphoric, to hear him say the words,
I love you.
The moon seems so close and big, sparkling with love , you
Tremble with excitement, the heavens dark and the stars brilliant,
an intense contrast, then he kisses you with such electric passion,
I love you.
Your heart by now captivated, you can already feel the two of you
Merging, it starts to rain – thunder, lightning – pyrotechnics light the sky,
You both run for cover, you slip and nearly fall, he grabs you just in time,
I love you.
