This really gave me a jolt when I thought about the depth of what must have been in your mind when you wrote this. Much passion in so few words. Re: botox for my back; It might have helped improve but not cure as some days are bad but I have a tiny machine that uses magnetism which is working beautifully. I leant it to my daughter for stomach pain and relief has come for her too. Didn't cost much either!

I have just returned from Islamabad to Karachi after attending a Two Day International Conference of Writers and Intellectuals organized by the Pakistan Academy of Letters.
