Lost Words

Words are slowly entered into computer word processors
Words are slowly photocopied into ebooks as are magazines, newspapers
Disappearing into text messages, faxes, emails _
Soon every one will have to use an electronic device to reach words...

What if?___Satellites start to fall from the sky...
What if?___The satellites images fail; no longer reach earth?
What if?___Total black out from the satellites?
Will people be able to communicate with each other..
Or won't they have a clue as how to speak to their fellowman?

Just some really weird random thoughts that has been bouncing in my head__

Sara - if we really think about it, it' true. What if all these was to happen. I think we would be in trouble. Anything can happen at any time. Thanks for sharing. Lucilla

Very sci fi writing, Sara. Yes, so many weird things are happening already. Can you imagine the ancients trying to use our tiny discs on which tons of info is stored!! There is a new show called REvolution on Monday nights. what happens when all electricity is OFF and the world has to start over. Sure is interesting to think about.

I still remember the days before computers, before cell phones and satellites...at least any that I knew of...those early days are gone, but not forgotten! You're right, the younger crowd would have a hard time without all their gadgetry but us older folks knew what it was like earlier in our lives can deal with it just fine, maybe a little inconvenient but can deal with it nonetheless! Your write is excellent my friend! I really enjoyed reading it this afternoon! Wonderful piece, Great Work!!
