Lost Memories

Like a chalk drawing after the rain
His memories are blurry now
Only shadowy images stay
Where faded colors remain

Age is not a promise of happiness
The mind can't always contain
Forgetting family and loved ones
Brings sorrow, confusion and pain

His life only a vague reflection
Like a chalk drawing after the rain
