Lost Love Pains
Her golden dreams have disappeared,
Leaving her heart drained,
The echo of his sweet voice keeps her
awake,
Lost love pains and lingering longings
ache.
Waiting for the light of morn,
It’s so different from the old
norm,
Whispers of sweet nothings
all gone,
Old memories nag, but she fights
hard to stay strong.
Her broken heart is irreversible,
Imprints of happiness he left behind,
erasing them is impossible,
Words and thoughts are jumbled,
Her heart, a shattered vessel,
finally crumbles.
