Lost In Time

Once was in life, now it's in stone
Caught in the minerals, of petrified bone
A medallion of ruby, circled in gold
Etched with words, so distant and old
Time of an asteroid, dinosaurs decease
Words on the medallion,
" We Come in Peace "
