" Lost Friend"

It's dark and cold inside today..
For I have not done right and 
took a smile away..
Intentions were set to be good..
But everything fell apart as most
things sometimes do..
My silence is hard to keep..
But it's what is best for a heart so deep..
My sins I hope the rain will wash away..
Trust me you will be better with me 
out of the way..
I tried to juggle only to fail..
You heart will flourish with a better
wind in you sail..
I'm better for what you have taught me..
But my insides say it will be tough to 
forgive me...
I know the future isn't written in stone..
But I know with your love you will never be alone..
