Lost Amid Now

Lost amid now
He rambles
Alone
Searches
For footprints
Long erased
Frightened
By un-felt cobwebs
Brushing
Across
Darkened eyes
Reaches
To touch
Agony’s apparitions
Seeking
To be found

A bit of a frightening situation to be in, John. My thought was this… if I followed those footsteps inside this paradise lost, I’m glad they’ve been erased. I’d find my own way out. You DO make my mind delve deeper than most.
