Lord - I Am Ready

Lord, I am ready 
My life, you gave, I thank you 
Before I walk down those steps... 
In your ever light 
I close my eyes one last time 
Felling your warmth, your love, you 

Before I walk down 
I leave behind...love to all 
My halo will be my eyes 
To watch everyone 
Those who need comfort, I'll see... 
And I'll cover them in wings 

In your ever light 
My eyes will open again 
I will bring along with me... 
Before I walk down 
All of their prayers and hope 
To bring to you, my father

To watch everyone...
Above, with you, my father 
Now, as I take my last breath 
Lord, I am ready 
Come here, my son...says the lord 
"I have always been with you"
