Looking Upward '82
I remembered a time in spring
when I glazed upward,
the clouds taking shapes of
trains, elephants, lions and cars.
I could spend hours playing my
games.
Now, when I look up,
those shapes are gone.
In their place, words like cumulus,
cirrus, stratus and cumulonimbus
enter.
Somehow I like the old games better.
