Looking Into Her Eyes

Laying in a field of flowers
He looks into her eyes
In the deep blue he sees into her soul
She cries as he looks at her
What is it that he sees?
Can he see a little girl?
Crying when she lost her first love
Her heart broken for the first of many times
Does he see the woman before him?
The woman whose heart desires to be loved
Can he see the dreams she always had?
A tear runs down her cheek as she thinks
Could he ever love her?
Again he looks in her eyes
He sees what he has been looking for
He sees the woman he loves
Her questions were answered
The minute she looked in his eyes
And she sees love
