Looking Back
I've been looking back into the years,
all I see are many tears.
Hoping soon I will see no more,
wondering just what am I here for.
I've been looking back trying
to remember when,who or what
made it all begin.Hoping it would all
go away,I'm looking forward to that day.
I've been looking back trying to figure out why,
all I can think about is wanting to die.
Very few things in life have been good,
The more I think,I think I should.
I've been looking back searching hard to find,
some love and understanding and a little peace of mind.
I've been looking back and realize it's time to let everyone know,
I am tired of looking back and it is time for me to go.
