Looking Back

Where vacant eyes once stood and stared... I see a light now twinkles there ... where deafened ears once refused the truth .... they now listen intently as though an eager youth... a smile once forced to hide the pain ....now sparkles brightly with hope ingrained ... A soul once broken and torn apart... now shows a beautifully pieced together heart ... Where the future once seemed to in the past lie ... we March forward on to this new life my little girl and I

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts through your unique poetic style. Meanwhile, I greet you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed.

"a smile once forced to hide the pain ....now sparkles brightly with hope ingrained .." I hope all women who are in bad situation with their children will see this and think "this could be me and my children!" It is wonderful when hope is regained.
