Look Deeper

Don't judge me by my face
by my body or race.
how I look or do my hair
look deeper
way deep down inside
although you may not see it
I have alot to hide.
behind my clothes the secret lie
behind my dreams I cry
look deeper
and you will see
the lonely little girl
that lives inside of me
listen to her, try to be her friend
show her that you care
if you dare to be aware
get to know her
maybe you will see
that if you will just look
deep enough you'll find
the real me
