Long Live the King

Say one, say all, the Brits will shout, “Long Live the King!”
When elevating His Royal Highness, Charles, Prince of Wales,
He, who did a most treacherous thing,
According to Princess Diana, who exposed the worst of tales,
And Duchess Camilla will become a queen … if nothing else fails.

Camilla(need not apply) .....she is the femme fatale who played a large part in tarnishing the Royal Family. However, the line of succession is pretty clear. Unless something dire would happen, Charles is next in line to the throne. I would hope Camilla will only be "Consort to the King," but I'm afraid she will be called Queen Camilla. What a travesty!

I find her rather disgusting, but that's just me. I'm one of those who feels Charles and Camilla did Diana wrong, and she lost her a life as a consequence. Charles is pretty low on my list!

The same could happen in Canada, too. I think several of the countries are hanging on because they admire Queen Elizabeth so much. Charles? ...not so much.
