Lonely Day
Smile for me,
lonely girl,
smile and put your fears aside.
Sit with me
on this lonely old bench;
watch as the birds frolic
and play.
And cry on me,
my dear love,
let your pain pour out anew-
this game of love has rolled to an end,
and the only loser is you.
