Loneliness

Loneliness

He is alone, yet he gives
His eyes give him away, to much heart-ache
Someone hurt him, long ago
His heart no longer knows love
He pretends he’s ok, and life’s good.
He has a place to stay, with lots of stuff
But stuff never make you happy
So he shares only what he knows,
loneliness .
He’d gladly give away loneliness,
But the memories will not let him go.
Emptiness and heart-ache keeps him company
Because he chose to never trust again.
Loneliness can be lonely road.
Because without trust
 you travel it alone.
