Notes About The Poem
This is my picture of my running pale pink rose..I don't know the species name..It has been a great enjoyment to me..My mother loved red roses the tea kind..I have one similar to this one and I enjoy taking pictures after a rain or heavy dew...

Living Scent Inhale

.

Love of those roses
      Red ones your favorite hue
           Your burial shroud
                 Love of running roses
                       Pale pink my favorite hue
                           Living scent inhale

Lovely write on roses, Sara. My gran loved red roses, like your mom. Yuour rose bish is a beauty. We have a lot in the garden, but none of them have flowers this late in the year. I love the fragrant ones - my favouirite is a pink one that smells just like a bar of soap. Not a good description, I know, LOL. A very happy Thanksgiving to you, my friend : )

Nicely done, Sara. By the way, I may be wrong, but I think he wanted two stanzas from us?

What a wonderful write!! I enjoy the separate meaning between the colors of the two roses! I would have said white for yours, cause it would represent purity, innocence, love from the heart in a godly sense! I loved this poem!! Fantastic work!!
