Living My Dream
Living my dream bereft of reality pressure
I zoom toward faith-venture’s pleasure
As a princess with eternal treasure
Sharing blessings beyond measure.
Being the daughter of a sovereign so powerful
I’ll advocate for our kingdom to be healthily beautiful
Along the multiplication of loving families who are blissful
While enriching adoptive homes - united, willingly helpful.
Aiding special kids toward their transformation
I'll empower them and their parents for vision-fruition
Good dream is it to see disadvantaged children in great action
Effectively-driven to optimize God-granted function.
Neither whimsical wish nor capricious fantasy
Being generous and caring is never a fallacy
Such actually boosts altruistic ecstasy
Smiting perilous selfishness' bankruptcy.
Living my dream, I’ll fulfill my heart’s delight*
With the Lord’s miraculous might
Doing my best in His wondrous sight
Shining bright; walking in the light.
*Psalm 37:4 Delight thyself also in the LORD; and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart.
