Live The Past Behind

Let go of the shadows that cling to your soul,
The whispers of yesterday, the echoes of pain,
They're but a fragile thread, a fleeting, hollow tone,
Not worth the weight they bear, nor the heartache they impart in vain.

The past is a canvas, stained with tears and regret,
A tapestry of memories, both bitter and sweet,
But don't let its dark hues define your present's light,
For yesterday's burdens are meant to be shed, not carried through the night.

Time, though it cannot turn back, can heal the wounds,
And lessons learned can be the catalyst for growth, for transformation profound,
So gather the wisdom, let go the pain,
And rise, like phoenix, from the ashes, reborn, unchained.

For life is a journey, not a destination, nor a static state,
It's a dance with the present, a wiping clean the slate,
The future beckons, full of promise, full of might,
Don't let the ghosts of yesterday steal your tomorrow's light.

You are not your mistakes, nor the sum of your scars,
You are a masterpiece, unfinished, yet to be revealed, like a work of art,
So focus on the present, on the path that lies ahead,
And let the promise of tomorrow guide you, like a gentle, guiding thread.

Hold your head high, dry your tears, and step forward with courage,
For the past is gone, with its troubles, its strife, its sorrow,
Today is a gift, a chance to start anew,
Live it with purpose, live it with heart, and let your spirit break through.
