Little Prince

His royal bloodline
can be traced
to the temples and
pyramids of Egypt

Killer instinct
fully intact,
but no longer
required

Regal bearing
reflected
in every
movement

He sits nobly now,
on this humble
throne of pine
and carpet

Waiting for his
master to groom
his mane and
serve his dinner

Little prince

you have portrayed the cat so beautifully here - the line about grooming and dinner made me chuckle:-) Hugs jan xxx
