Little Girl With a Dream

Hiltler was ready to conquer the world.
A seven year stood on a windy Chicago corner.
White Mary Janes, white stockings
Plaid skirt, beige blazer.
A mini Soldier's cap rested on her long hair.
A small American flag, waving in the air.
That little girl is a patriot still.
An American flag, flies with pride.
On her house in the California hills.
She's not selling out her great nation!
Nor freedom to be a Socialist nation.

You must know my parents -))) Grandpa used to walk in fromt of the band, all dressed in white, With a big, tall, white hat, a baton and wore a whistle to lead them. He was dressed in an all white suit. I was so impressed by his spark and overall joy + enthusiasm. Thank you, my friend....Pangie
