 Little
 Beauties dart
 About seeking
 Nectar from nature's colorful flowers

 Catch 
 A glimpse
 Of them when
 They perch, then off
 They go, hovering in iridescent glow

I have a second cousin who is very talented at carving wood and he gave me an exquisite hummingbird that looks so real. I think that little bird is my favorite of all birds. My mother-in-law fed one that got so tame it would eat out of her hand. My father-in-law took a picture of it. It is very unusual to see one that tame.
