“Little Bo-peep has lost her sheep And doesn’t know where to find them. Leave them alone and they’ll come home, Bringing their tails behind them.” * * * Little Bo- peep had a tawny sheep It went missing while she was asleep She searched it in fields so green But sad, it was nowhere to be seen She heard a bleating from a nearby hill She ran in the direction in rising thrill Seeing her, the sheep came bouncing back In joy, she danced on the way down the track. She fed it with sheaves of grass No more it crossed its boundary to trespass Ever since, her sheep was always near And little Bo- peep had no cause to fear.

I am not 'sheepish' at all about telling you that I like your version of this classic so much better than the original, Valsa! Three cheers! Excelsior! :) Gershon

Valsa, you are a dear dear friend and i feel horrible that I don't answer your beautiful poems, only sporadically, but as our business is our bread and butter we have to baby it and work it. I don't answer you and all my other great friends, and my heart feels heavy and so sad that you think I am ignoring you and feel so useless and have often thought of leaving the site but the thought of losing contact with you all is unbearable. I love your nursery rhymes and love writing them. Keep well always. Hugs and blessings Jenn.

Lovely one dear Valsa. Great end rhymes. I've never written a nursery rhyme before and I was going to try with Tommy's contest but my shadow keeps drawing me back. Hahaha. I love to read new nursery rhymes that aren't so popular.
