“Little Bo-peep has lost her sheep And doesn’t know where to find them. Leave them alone and they’ll come home, Bringing their tails behind them.” * * * Little Bo- peep had a tawny sheep It went missing while she was asleep She searched it in fields so green But sad, it was nowhere to be seen She heard a bleating from a nearby hill She ran in the direction in rising thrill Seeing her, the sheep came bouncing back In joy, she danced on the way down the track. She fed it with sheaves of grass No more it crossed its boundary to trespass Ever since, her sheep was always near And little Bo- peep had no cause to fear.
