Listen To My Cries Lord

Listen to My Cries Lord
Steve L. Siegel
July, 2015
-:-
My heart aches and as I cry out
Where He’s to listen to me?
It seems like He’s too busy with no time
My load is getting too heavy to carry, don’t you see?
-:-
There is no joy in my heart: My song is gone
My loved ones are passing away;
My tears may fall, still the pain lingers
I’ve got to find Jesus to find a way.
-:-
I need Jesus to put His loving arms around me
He has to be there for me, so that I can smile
To ease my breaking heart
So that I can rest awhile.
-:-
Oh Lord Jesus, I need you to come to my rescue
Hear me as I cry out in pain
I am opening up my heart to you.
I need you before I go insane.
-:-
Before all is holy I give you my life
It is yours to do with as you want and as you need
I know it is you that will set me free
When I’m heaven bound I’ll know you Jesus, have heard my plea …
